Custom Boots FAQ

Design your custom boots in just 3 steps! Choose your boot style, leather color, and one or two handcrafted textiles. 

How long does it take?

Custom boots are generally made and shipped to you in around 6-8 weeks. You can check on the status of your order any time by emailing village@teysha.world. 

Can I choose one leather panel and one textile panel?

Yes! Just write in the order box "leather" instead of your textile #

When do you add new fabrics?

Seasonally / about every 6 weeks. Follow us on instagram @teysha_world to be alerted of new textile postings! 

Can I still customize riding boots?

We are not currently offering riding boot customization, if you are interested, please email us at village@teysha.world and we will put you on our list to let you know when they are available! 

If I saw a textile I love on social media, can I get that one?

Soo many of our fabrics are literally one of a kind, so please email us a photo at village@teysha.world and we'll be able to tell you if that fabric may appear again. 

Is it the same price for all textile options?

Yes, the listed price of the boot includes up to two textile or leather panels. It does not include extras such as a rubber sole, custom fit, or any other additional options. 

What if they don't fit?

We will take care of you! Email us within 15 days of receipt to boots@teysha.world and we will offer to exchange your pair. Once you place your order, we cannot offer any cancellation or refund due to the artisan nature of our process.
