Shipping & Returns
- Once your package is delivered by the carrier LoQ is no longer responsible for the package. We always recommend having your order shipped to an address where someone is available to accept the package.
- International deliveries that are refused and returned to sender will incur a 10% restocking fee deducted from their refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
- Items purchased with a promotion or discount code can be returned for store credit only.
- Items 30% off or greater are final sale.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during return shipping. It is recommended to provide tracking information once available.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
- Any full-price, undamaged, and unused items can be returned for refund by contacting us within 14 business days of shipping date. After 14 business days all sales are final.
- Please reach out to email@example.com for return authorization and provide a brief reason (and photographs if applicable) for your return.
- Returns must be shipped within three business days of receiving return authorization, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns must include all original receipts, tags and accompanying packaging.
- All returns are subject to a $30 restocking fee and the original shipping cost will not be refunded. We kindly ask that you allow 14 business days from the time we receive your package for refunds to be processed and 6 weeks for exchanges.
